【Synopsis】 |
France is a rather unknown destination
for Taiwan-based investors. However,
Taiwanese investors can find in France
many resources to succeed in the future
such as a springboard to expand on
European markets, a skilled and cost
competitive labor force, especially
engineers, and one of the most favorable
environments in Europe for innovation.
Many foreign investors have already
chosen France because of those assets.
One of the most recent and remarkable
examples of foreign investment in the
French tech ecosystem is probably that
of Huawei. |

The
mission of the French Office in Taipei is to
support and promote exchanges between France and
Taiwan, especially in the economic, cultural,
educational and scientific areas. French Office
in Taipei comprises a press and communication
department, a cultural department, a general
secretary and a trade commission.
法國在台協會的任務在於促進並推廣法、台之間的交流，尤其是在經濟、文化、教育以及科技等方面。協會組織包括新聞與公關處、學術合作暨文化處、行政處、經濟處與商貿處。 |

The
Invest in France Agency (IFA) is the national
agency responsible for promoting and
facilitating international investment in France.
It also coordinates initiatives to promote
France’s economic attractiveness. The IFA
network operates worldwide, with offices in
France as well as in North and South America,
Europe, the Middle East and Asia. The Hong Kong
office works jointly with the French Office in
Taipei to provide assistance and business
opportunities to Hong Kong and Taiwan-based
companies which plan to invest in France.
法國投資局（IFA）是負責推動和促進法國國際投資的國家機構。同時也負責協調提升法國經濟吸引力的各項措施。IFA
的網絡遍及全球，在法國、南北美洲、歐洲、中東以及亞洲都有辦事處。香港辦事處與法國在台協會共同合作，提供計畫於法國投資的香港和台灣公司各項商機及協助。 |

Lefèvre Pelletier & associés (LPA) is one of the
few French law firms to have developed a strong
international presence, by forming partnerships
with first-rate firms and opening overseas
offices. The firm counts three offices in China
(Shanghai, Hong Kong and Guangzhou), two offices
in Africa (Algiers and Casablanca), two in
Germany (Frankfurt and Munich) and a main office
in Paris. LPA also has a "China desk" in Paris,
staffed by French and Chinese lawyers, in order
